    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was destroyed. There were five fatalities. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Lake Nerka-GCI Lodge, AK, United States of America and was destined for Nushagak River-sport fishing camp, AK, United States of America. The accident occurred at 16 km (10 mls) NW of Aleknagik, AK (United States of America) while en route. Narrative: An amphibious float-equipped de Havilland Canada DHC-3T Texas Turbine Otter, registered N455A, sustained substantial damage when it impacted mountainous tree-covered terrain, about 10 miles northeast of Aleknagik, Alaska...
