    Used to survey Australia-U.S.A. route (Capt P.T.L. Taylor). Survey route: Laverton-Sydney-Nadi-Canton Island-Honolulu-San Francisco/Oakland.

    15 September 1946

    Operated the 1st B.C.P.A. service (ANA Crew) (fortnightly, Sydney-Nadi-Canton Is.-Honolulu-Qakland-Vancouver).

    From 15 September 1946 to 21 April 1948

    Chartered, on an ad-hoc basis, to B.C.P.A., for trans-Pacific services.

    Crashed whilst landing at Azaibo, Muscat - There were no casualties but aircraft was destroyed by fire.

    Summary: The airframe was a loss. The accident occurred at Azaiba Airfield (Oman) while on approach.
