    Restored using parts from T-6D c/n 88-16081, ex 42-84300 and NZ1080

    Circa 1941

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 41-33838.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n EX865.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal New Zealand Air Force with s/n NZ1058.

    April 1975

    Involved in an incident.
    Force landed at Darfield in April 1975 which resulted in internal damage to centre section which was uneconomical to repair.

    1976

    To Ferrymead Heritage Park, Christchurch, Canterbury, South Island.
