    To Norman Ian Dalziel, Wheatlands, Hounslow with new c/r G-AFLW (MILES M17 MONARCH, 792).

    14 September 1984

    Dr. Ian Dalziel won the Digital British Air Racing Championship in his Monarch G-AFLW. He took first place in the Stewards Cup Race at St. Athan to clinch the championship and averaged 125mph during the races.

    Civil registration, G-AFLW, cancelled.
