    2002

    Markings Applied: 1769
To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Portuguese Air Force (FAP), a special scheme was applied. Most of the fuselage was painted with brilliant sky blue (RAL 5022-Night Blue), the rest was the traditional ash-gray color. In this color were the grid of the cowling, the stripes of the wing edges, the horizontal tail stabilizer, and the inscriptions and symbol of the Anniversary. Also the Cross of Christ on the upper part of the wings and the control surfaces wore this ash-gray color.
