    Constructed as a F-101B-100-MC by McDonnell at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    Circa 1957

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 57-0412.

    Circa 1959

    To 2nd FIS, 52nd FG (AD), Suffolk County AFB, NY.

    Transferred to 75th FIS, Bangor Air Defense Sector, Dow AFB, ME.

    By June 1968

    Transferred to 2nd FIS, 52nd FG (AD), Suffolk County AFB, NY.

    7 June 1968

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number FF066.

    At least one source claims this airframe was converted to the recce variant the RF-101B. This is not the case. Marcin Rogowski comments: Moreover conversion work took place between September 1971 and January 1972. 57-0412 was stored in MASDC at that time so it could have not been converted.

    After April 1972

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 57-0412.
    Returned to service.

    April 1972

    Transferred to 123rd FIS, 142nd FIG, Oregon ANG, Portland IAP, OR.
    Operated with markings: OREGON

    In the inventory of National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
