    Aircraft was assigned to CDR. Paul Speer, who scored a MiG kill on 19 May 1967 while flying F-8E BuNo 150348. F-8E BuNo 149150 was not credited with any kills during the war.

    Converted to a F-8J.

    Transferred to VF-191.
    Operated with markings: NM-114

    By 1971

    Transferred to VF-124.

    26 February 1971

    Damaged.
    Crashed near NAS Miramar, CA. Repaired.
