The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Stalled while on final approach to land. The emergency circumstances included; forced landing on a seaplane base or heliport. Incident occurred at or near Midland, VA.

    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Troy Municipal Airport (TOI) Troy, AL, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The accident airplane was the second of 5 similar models performing a low-level flyby over the runway. Witnesses reported that the airplane climbed and attempted to perform an aileron roll to the left shortly after the first airplane had successfully performed the maneuver...
