    Taken on Strength/Charge with the West German Air Force with s/n 20+21.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 63-13243 and operated with these markings: 2021.
    Apprently the Germany shadow serial number 2021 was still visible.

    Transferred to 4510th CCTW, Luke AFB.

    From Circa 1971 to Circa 1975

    Transferred to 4501st Combat Crew Training Wing, MacDill AFB, FL.
    Your Assistance is Needed: Another source indicates the airframe was operated by the 4510th. It is possible it was operated by both the 4501st and the 4510th at different times. Can you clarify? If so please edit this dossier.

    24 March 1990

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Weather suddenly went bad during a TACAN approach. After a formation mid-air collision with 4385, crashed at at Hsin Chu, Tao Yuan. The pilot was killed and the airframe was written off.
