    To Albert Racicot, Montreal, QC keeping c/r CF-AYO.

    6 July 1953

    To Orillia Air Service, Orillia, ON keeping c/r CF-AYO.

    23 August 1953

    Crashed.
    Departed Opeongo Lake, Ontario with pilot Roy Downing and two passengers on board and crashed at Round Island Lake in the Georgian Bay Area of Ontario. All on board perished.

    1 November 1992

    Recovered.
    The wreckage was recovered in November 1992 and is in storage at the Canadian Bush Plane Heritage in Sault St. Marie, Ontario.
