    Notes: Meteor F.8(TT) of 1 Tactical Weapons Unit on display at the 1981 International Air Tattoo at RAF Greenham Common, Berkshire.

    Notes: Flown throughout its RAF service as VZ467, and commonly refered to as Winston. This Meteor was the very last single seat Meteor in RAF service, retiring in 1982 from RAF Brawdy, Pembrokeshire, Wales. I was groundcrew on this aircraft until its retirement!
