    Notes: The Pond Racer during its first appearance at the Reno Air Races. This was an Unlimited Class racer designed around two 1000 hp Electromotive-Nissan VG-30 3-liter GTP engines, which ran on methanol.

    From 9 September 1991 to 15 September 1991

    Raced as #21.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Rick Brickert. Qualified in 11th place with an average speed of 400.010 mph. Started Heat 1A, but did not finish. Started Heat 2C, but did not finish. Raced in Heat 3D. Finished in 8th place with an average speed of 331.760 mph. Did not start in the Consolation race. The head races were plaged by oil leaks. Before starting the Silver races two connecting rods broke.

    From 14 September 1992 to 20 September 1992

    Raced as #21.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the Unlimited class. The primary pilot was Rick Brickert. Qualified in 22nd place with an average speed of 358.625 mph. Raced in Heat 1C. Finished in 7th place with an average speed of 299.847 mph. Raced in the Medallion 2 race. Finished in 2nd place with an average speed of 364.978 mph.

    From 13 September 1993 to 19 September 1993

    Raced as #21, named Pond Racer.
    Appeared at the National Championship Air Races to compete in the Unlimited class, but did not qualify. The primary pilot was Rick Brickert. During qualifyinga fire broke out followed by a rapid landing resulting in a crash. The airframe was destroyed and Rick Brickert perished.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at Lemmon Valley, NV, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed.
