Collided with wires and/or poles while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain. Report remarks include: Wind gusting 15K. Hit power line. Incident occurred at or near Hickman, CA.

The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near Hickman, CA.
