    Raced as #5, named Baby.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the T-6 class. The primary pilot was Cliff Branch. Qualified in 9th place with an average speed of 204.93 mph. Raced in Heat 1. Finished in 5th place with an average speed of 201.34 mph. Started the Reserve race, but did not finish.

    Raced as #5, named Baby.
    Competed at the National Air Races Mojave in the T-6 class. The primary pilot was Cliff Branch. Raced in the Championship race. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 200.83 mph.

    To Cliff Branch, Compton CA keeping c/r N1467.

    Rebuilt at Crompton as a replica North American A-27.

    Converted to an A-27.
    Rebuilt as a North American A-27. The work was carried out in Compton, CA.

    Raced as #6, named Italian Stallion.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the T-6 class. The primary pilot was James Brennan. Qualified in 14th place with an average speed of 198.76 mph. Raced in Heat B. Finished in 7th place with an average speed of 199.04 mph. Raced in the Reserve race. Finished in 7th place with an average speed of 199.91 mph.

    From 10 September 1984 to 16 September 1984

    Raced as #6, named Italian Stallion.
    Competed at the National Championship Air Races in the T-6 class. The primary pilot was Cliff Branch. Qualified in 17th place with an average speed of 197.26 mph. Raced in the Medallion 2 race. Finished in 4th place with an average speed of 199.698 mph.
