    To unknown owner with c/r N2252A.

    10 May 1984

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Clermont, FL, United States while maneuvering. The pilot was not aware that two ground attendants were riding the cable during a logging operation when there was an accidental cable release the attendants fell to the ground. Examination of the aircraft hook did not reveal a system failure or malfunction...

    15 April 1985

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Boutte, LA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot had stabilized aircraft in a 125 hover, prior to picking up a load, when the engine spooled down and aircraft entered talltrees with low rotor RPM and pitched nose down as it descended thru the trees. Ground witnesses heard 2 loud bangs prior to the aircraft entering the trees...
