    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 40-1878.

    From June 1961 to After 1971

    To unknown owner with c/r N44MK.

    31 July 1994

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Oakland Pontiac Airport (PTK) Waterford, MI, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During landing roll the pilot lost directional control and the airplane ground looped, collapsing the right main landing gear. The landing was on runway 27L. The wind was 230 degrees at 10 knots.
