Incident occurred at the Greater Rockford Airport, Rockford, IL. The flight departed from Kansas City, MO, with the destination Rockford, IL. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; landing gear warning and indicating components. Report remarks include: Landing gear motor c/b found open, warning horn inop.
