    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI76FEM63: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Mt Pleasant, MI. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain on touch down. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine.
