    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK72DJA10: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Fld Strip 407 Airport, Maui, HI. This was a local flight from Maui, HI. Ground looped or water swerved while aborting takeoff. The aircraft nosed over while aborting takeoff. Report remarks include: Brk actuating rod, p/n 75-3420 failed, pilot lost control on abrtd tkof, aircraft left rwy, hit ditch, turned ovr.

    The accident occurred at the Sparta Community Airport (SAR) Sparta, IL, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot was taking-off from a clear-way between a runway and taxiway and when at approximately 50-75 feet above ground level (above ground level) he noted that the airplane was not accelerating and. A very small descent rate was felt...

    Notes: Forgot all about this site. The resto was complete 8/2014. I front-seated its flight to its current location in Lakeland, FL in 9/2014 and been here eve since (save some short intervals at KGIF Winter Haven FL). Were both much happier missing all the crazy Midwest weather.
