Incident occurred at the Fld Strip 407 Airport, Maui, HI. This was a local flight from Maui, HI. Ground looped or water swerved while aborting takeoff. The aircraft nosed over while aborting takeoff. Report remarks include: Brk actuating rod, p/n 75-3420 failed, pilot lost control on abrtd tkof, aircraft left rwy, hit ditch, turned ovr.
