    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW76DQG65: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 18:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Phillips Airport, Rotan, TX. This was a local flight from Rotan, TX. Stalled or mushed while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; downwind approach and load not jettisoned.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Happy Jack, AZ, United States. The damage was substantial. The passenger reported that during cruise flight, the pilot aCudecided to turn around because the airplane was not gaining altitude. AC The passenger stated that his head was down looking at a chart as they turned and when he looked up, aCuthey were going down fast and then he blacked out...
