    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK79DXQ17: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Highway Airport, Deeth, NV. This was a local flight from Deeth, NV. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: Take off was from abandoned highway. Liquid spray material had been spilled on right brake.

    19 March 1992

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Edna, TX, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. During day practice spraying operations, the pilot diverted his attention to another airplane making a takeoff to his rear. As he watched the other airplane, he applied aft control pressure, stalled the aircraft and impacted the ground.
