    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW72DRA53: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Fannett, TX. Collided with an object while on a crop dusting run. Report remarks include: Mn gear hit a levee in A Field as pilot flew under power line. Incident occurred at or near Fannett, TX.

    6 August 1990

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Mt. Grove, MO, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The vintage airplane was making takeoff and landings when, on its second takeoff, the powerplant failed due to fuel contamination. The airplane glided straight ahead and crashed into the trees. Post crash investigation by the FAA revealed rust and scale in the fuel tanks which had been recently cleaned by the pilot. This contamination was not noticed by the pilot during his preflight inspection.
