Incident occurred at the Pittsburg Mun Airport, Pittsburg, KS. This was a local flight from Pittsburg, KS. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; maneuvered to avoid collision...
