    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX68F0297: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Scottsdale Airport, Scottsdale, AZ. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; failed to use the miscellaneous aircraft conditions checklist.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Merritt Island Airport (COI) Merritt Island, FL, United States while on decent. The damage was substantial. The pilot stated they were cruising at around 3000 feet, when they decided to return to the airport for landing. He reduced engine power and pushed the nose over to start the descent. At around 2000 feet, oil and grease covered the windscreen and the engine lost power due to the propeller separating...
