Incident occurred at the Bessee Air Strip Airport, Stuttgart, AR. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. Collided with the crop during the takeoff run. Report remarks include: Wing tip hit crop of oats off rnwy. Pilot unable to become airborne, went over bank.
