    From After September 1990 to Circa February 1991

    Flew missions in support of Operation Desert Storm as Hevy Hawg 72 external stores support system (ESSS) aircraft.

    By July 1993

    Transferred to A Company, 7th Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, TX.

    By 1 October 1997

    Transferred to 2nd Battalion, 501st Aviation Regiment, Fort Bliss, TX.

    Circa 2000

    Converted to an UH-60L.

    By 2001

    Transferred to 236th Medical Company (Air Ambulance), 421st Medical Battalion (Evacuation), Landstuhl, Germany.

    By June 2019

    Transferred to 1st Battalion, 109th Aviation Regiment (ARNG), Davenport, IA.
