    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW72FPG88: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Waymon Gillcoat Airport, De Witt, AR. This was a local flight from De Witt, AR. Ground looped or water swerved during the landing rollout. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Dietz Airpark (OR40) Canby, OR, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that after the airplane touched down, it veered to the left and departed the runway onto a grassy area. He applied power in an effort to return to the runway; however, the airplane went into a ditch and nosed over, which resulted in substantial damage to the tail section. He stated that gusty wind conditions may have been a factor...
