    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX67D0132: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:40 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Shafter, kern Co. Airport, Shafter, CA. Collided with wires and/or poles while pulling up from a crop dusting run.
