    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW65D0050: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while climbing to cruise. Collided with wires and/or poles while on final approach to land. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near Crowley, LA.
