    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Westport Airport (71K) Wichita, KS, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot, his first landing was successful; however, during the second landing, the airplane veered to the right. His attempts to correct using the rudder, brakes and increased power were unsuccessful. The airplane departed the runway, collided with a drainage ditch and came to rest inverted...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the High Point Airport (3KS5) Valley Center, KS, United States while standing. The damage was substantial. The pilot of the tail-wheel equipped Fairchild airplane reported that after landing on the 2400-FOOT long by 100-FOOT wide private grass runway, he pulled off to the right of the runway about 2/3 of the way down with his engine at idle power to watch a Stearman airplane, which he had been flying in tandem with, land...
