    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD75DID23: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from New Church, VA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine.
