    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK65D0081: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Number 5 cylinder failed. Incident occurred at or near Williams, CA.

    To Keeley Ralph L III, Colusa, CA keeping c/r N68467.

    12 June 1986

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Davis Airport (Q23) Colusa, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot was practicing takeoffs and landings when the aircraft landing gear caught a berm on short final and the aircraft nosed over. The pilot stated that there was no mechanical failure or malfunction of the aircraft.
