    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI66F0425: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Toledo National Airport, Toledo, OH. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The gear collapsed on touch down. The factors included; overload failure.

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Leesburg Municipal Airport (LEE) Leesburg, FL, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. The aircraft crashed into a lake during a forced landing after the engines quit. The pilot in command had gone for a local flight with a pilot/passenger. After a few minutes of flight he announced that they did not have any fuel. The aircraft was on an approach to return when both engines began to cut out...
