    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA76FYA05: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Garden Valley, ID. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain while in flight. Report remarks include: Ext load logging opn. Lost control after sudden pitch up during transition from hover to forward flt. Incident occurred at or near Garden Valley, ID.
