    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67D0544: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; sudden windshift. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported. The ceiling was 3800 feet at the accident site. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited). The precipitaion was thunderstorm. The temperature was 86 degF. The wind direction was 110 degrees. The wind velocity was 6 knots...
