    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67F0121: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The aircraft nosed over while aborting takeoff. The factors included; wet soft ground. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine. Incident occurred at or near Brinkley, AR.
