    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at El Monte, CA, United States. The time was 1600 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the El Monte Airport. The flight departed from Chino, CA, with an unknown destination. Collided with another aircraft on the ground while taxiing from landing. Report remarks include: At6 left wing leading edge bent and deformed. Left wing of piper N98086 destroyed outboard of aileron.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Private Airport Falmouth, KY, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. While on approach for landing to the pilots 2200 foot private grass airstrip, the airplanes landing gear struck the tops of about 50-FOOT tall trees. The airplanes right wing dropped and the airplane impacted the ground...
