    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number SEA68A0055: There were 2 fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:01 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Bellingham Airport, Ferndale, WA. Suffered a mid-air collision while on final approach to land. Report remarks include: Both pilots failed to see each other. N4545 landed safely, N8062C crashed.
