    First flight.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Air Force with s/n A25-108.
    Last airframe to be delivered to RAAF as subsequent deliveries were made direct to the Army.

    To No. 9 Squadron, RAAF Townsville.

    15 February 1989

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Army with s/n A25-108.

    15 February 1989

    Transferred to A Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment, RAAF Base Townsville, North Queensland.

    13 July 1989

    Transferred to A Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment, Manbullo, Northern Territory.

    May 1993

    One of 6 deployed to Cambodia aboard USAF C-5A Galaxy as part of the United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC). They were painted white with United Nations titles and only a small RAAF serial on the tail.

    10 November 2005

    Transferred to 171 Squadron, 5th Aviation Regiment, RAAF Townsville QLD.

    22 October 2006

    Present at the RAAF Richmond NSW Airshow.

    21 September 2007

    Swanbourne Barracks WA for 50th Anniversary celebrations of the S A S.

    22 July 2008

    Deployed during Operation Astute as part of the Timor-Leste Aviation Group (TLAG).

    August 2014

    Transferred to 6th Aviation Regiment, Holsworthy, NSW.

    By April 2024

    Withdrawn from use.

    April 2024
