    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI80DEP20: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Neosho, WI. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain while taking off. The factors included; came to rest in water and load not jettisoned. Report remarks include: Atmtd to lift farm tractor out of lake. Tractor still cnctd to a trailer. 1939LBS ovr max gwt. Incident occurred at or near Neosho, WI.
