    2 March 1965

    Flew as the high bird on the first night Combat Rescue mission on date provided. Flew as Brandy-41 and was crewed by Capt. Warren Davis (P), an unknown flight surgeon flew as co-pilot (CP), TSgt. John J. Kelly (FM) and SSgt. Enson J. Farmer (PJ).

    31 March 1965

    An HH-43B #60-0279 (Call sign Alban 21) from Det. (Prov.) 2, Nakhon Phanom RTAFB, Thailand, crewed by Capt. Jay M. Strayer (P), James C. Rodenberg (CP), Cecil A. Boothby (FE) and Ensom J. Farmer (PJ) and Herbert H. Romisch (PJ), rescued F-100D pilot, Capt. Ronald A. Bigoness, after he had ejected from his aircraft that had been hit by ground fire near Ha Tinh, NVN and he flew it about 20 miles into Laos. The high bird on this mission was HH-43B #60-4510 (Call sign Alban 41) piloted by Capt. Israel Freedman (P), and Capt. Warren Davis (CP), A3C Frank Hanutke (HM), SSgt Harold Stroud and A2C Eric Anderson.
