Incident occurred at the Juneau International Airport, Juneau, AK. The flight departed from Juneau, AK, with the destination Hoonah, AK. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The factors included; low ceiling, rain and fog. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing off airport. Adverse weather conditions...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Spokane International Airport (GEG) Spokane, WA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot in-command did not maintain directional control of the airplane. Factors were the pics inadequate compensation for the wind, his limited flight expereince in this type of airplane and the check airmans poor supervision.
