    Summarized NTSB narrative from report for event ID 82425: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:00 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while circling in the traffic pattern. Collided with a fence during the landing rollout. Incident occurred at or near Basking Ridge, NJ.
