    Used for testing of Rocket-on-Rotor system with small rocket nozzles on the rotor blade tips.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 129020.

    20 August 1967

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Navy.

    16 March 1971

    To Orlando Helicopter Airways with new c/r N8307 (CH-19E, 129020).

    29 November 1978

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Near Hanceville,Alabama.

    29 November 1978

    Crashed.
    The incident occurred at Hanceville, AL, United States.

    By 29 November 1978

    To unknown owner with c/r N8307.

    Repaired.
    Rebuilt using fuselage and data plate from US Army H-192.

    Redesignated as CH-19E.

    28 June 1985

    To Museum of Flight, Nowra with new c/r VH-ORA.
