    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at Vienna, MO, United States while cruising. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot rcvd a weather briefing before starting a ngt cargo opn in known icing conds. Before the flight, a line serviceman noticed ice on the aircraft wings suggested its removal, but the pilot declined. Approximately 45 min after tkof, the pilot reported to ARTCC that a de-ice boot had blown he was having difficulty ctlg the aircraft...
