    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX77DUJ97: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Taylors Strip Airport, Marana, AZ. This was a local flight from Marana, AZ. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Left brake shoe, hayes model 2750A, broke. Brake locked.

    Destroyed in a crash.
    At Letsitele, near Tzaneen, Limpopo, South Africa -While practicing for the 10th annual Tzaneen Air Show the following day, the engine mountings broke causing the engine to seperate from the airframe. The aircraft crashed into a tree and fell to the ground.
