    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Ipiales-San Luis Airport (IPI/SKIP), Colombia and was destined for Cali Airport (CLO/SKCL), Colombia. The accident occurred at Ipiales Airport (IPI) (Colombia) while taking off. Narrative: The aircraft suffered a runway excursion during take-off in fog and heavy rain.
