    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI68F0740: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:16 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Incident occurred at the Capital Airport, Springfield, IL. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain in an uncontrolled descent. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced landing on a seaplane base or heliport...
