    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW74FPG46: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:35 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from Williams Corner, AR, with the destination Pine Bluff, AR. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with an object on touch down. The factors included; came to rest in water and high obstructions on terrain. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...

    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Flying Circus Aerodrome Airport (3VA3) Bealeton, VA, United States while taking off. The airframe was destroyed. The pilot of the 1941 Boeing A75N (Stearman) reported that the airplane powered up as expected, accelerated normally, [and] perhaps [took] a little longer than usual on the takeoff roll. The airplane lifted off the grass strip but would not climb before it struck trees and wires and was destroyed by a postcrash fire...
