    Assigned s/n 78-0215 with the United States Air Force for administrative purposes. It did not serve with this service.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Koninklijke Luchtmacht / Royal Netherlands Air Force with s/n J-215.

    By May 1985

    Transferred to 323 Squadron, Leeuwarden.
